When researching this topic I really tried my best to find instances of females engaging in less romantic behaviors as well, but the animal kingdom typically works with the male trying to impress the female. I didn’t mean for it to come across with a “men are gross” bias, but there it is. If anyone has an example of a female animal’s disgusting mating habit, I’d love to hear it.
