Maurice Pogue
Profile: Maurice Pogue is southern gentleman hailing from Mobile, Alabama, so if anyone tells him not to call them "sir" or "ma'am" he will kindly do so anyway due to his home-training. While currently in the dissertation phase of his Ph.D. in 20th Century African American literature and culture, he miraculously finds time (procrastinates) to dabble in Marvel (X-Men, Spider-Man, Venom), Archie (Sonic the Hedgehog), Mirage (TMNT), and Dark Horse (Aliens/Predator) comic books. He also spends a significant amount of his time playing video games, but is often mistaken for a collector because of his unconquerable backlog . An unwavering PC elitist, he aspires to teach one day his three children, Madison (5), Preston (4), and Nathan (1) how to build their own rigs for family LAN parties. Maurice is a closet apologist, though his church attendance during the fall shifts between Saturday and Sunday depending on who is scheduled to play on television. As rabid football fans, he and his wife of six years, Jacquelyn, are weekend couch potatoes.
